A search gives you a list of names. A generic chatbot invents plausible-sounding places that may not exist. SparkedLink is different in two ways: every stop is a real, currently-operating venue from our own screened database of thousands of New York spots, and the plan is routed and sequenced so the stops are near each other and build a natural arc across the night, not a random pile of ideas.

Not to plan a date. You only need one to save plans, put them on your calendar, share them, or leave reviews. Signing up is free and takes a few seconds, with no email confirmation to wait on.

You answer a short set of questions: where in the city, who it's for and your relationship stage, the vibe, the day and how much time you have, your budget, any food preferences or dietary needs, how many stops you want and what each should be (or let us choose), anything to avoid, and how you'll get around. We then match real venues to your answers, order them for an easy route, and write the whole plan.

No. You pick the day, and we handle the flow of the night for you. We check that each venue is actually open on that day and space the stops sensibly, without asking you to commit to a rigid schedule.

Yes. On any plan you can drag stops to reorder them, lock the ones you love, and regenerate the rest for fresh options. Tap Regenerate for a completely new take on the same answers.

We keep our own database of New York venues and screen out anything that isn't a real date destination (dance studios, kids' party spots, order-ahead bakeries, places with too few reviews or low ratings). Every venue we recommend is rated highly and classified for date-relevant qualities like noise level, how intimate it is, and how easy it is to actually hold a conversation.

No. The style, mood, and venue mix rotate every time, so two plans from the same answers feel like two different nights out.

Yes. The budget ranges are built from the real prices at our venues, where the average stop runs about $65 per person. When you pick a budget, we allocate it across the stops so the splurge lands where it matters most and the rest stays sensible.

Restaurant is a sit-down meal. Bar is drinks and atmosphere. Cafe is coffee, tea, or a light bite. Entertainment is shows and games you mostly watch or play (comedy, live music, arcade, bowling). Experience is hands-on and active (pottery, cooking, dance, kayaking). Outdooris parks, water, and open-air spots. Each stop also shows whether it's Active or Relaxed and whether to Reserve ahead or just Walk in.

Yes. Every plan has a share link your date can open in any browser, with the stops, directions, and estimated cost laid out cleanly. They don't need an account to view it.

On your Home page. Saved plans, your upcoming scheduled dates, a planning calendar, and your reviews all live there in one place. If you try to save a plan before signing in, we'll take you to log in and the plan will be waiting for you afterward.

Yes. After a date you can rate and review any venue, and those reviews appear on the venue across the site so other daters are informed by people who actually went. You can also comment on and like other people's reviews.

You book each spot directly with the venue. For partner venues, you'll see a Book button that takes you straight to their reservations. Every plan flags which stops to reserve ahead versus just walk in.

Every plan comes with a backup option. Hours and availability change, so confirm with the venue before you go. If something's permanently gone, hit Regenerate for a fresh plan.

Your account email, the answers you provide, and the plans we generate. We don't sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. The questions are gender-neutral, the AI is inclusive by default, and there's a step for comfort and accessibility preferences. It works for first dates, anniversaries, solo outings, friend nights, and everything in between.

Yes. Approved partners get featured on real date plans and can take reservations directly through the site. There's no cost to apply, on our partner page.

Not yet. The site is built mobile-first and you can add it to your home screen for an app-like feel. A native app is on the roadmap.
